Coronavirus (COVID -19) – What Aboutime are doing
Aboutime Cleaning has in accordance with HSE guidelines implemented measures to minimise the risk posed by COVID 19 to our Dublin cleaners and our clients. These measures are in addition to best practice hygiene measures developed over 15 years in business.
On the 19th October 2020 the government announced new restrictions for Ireland. These restrictions will move Ireland from level 3 to Level 5.
This will have an impact on social gatherings, families visiting each other, sporting occasions and restrictions for restaurants and pubs.
According to government guidelines Aboutime will continue to provide cleaning services for clients who fall under the following criteria:
– essential businesses
– essential workers
– home help
– after builders cleaning
If you don’t fall under the above criteria, can you please let us know and we can pause your service until the first week of December. You can contact us on 018480444 or email email@example.com.
The health and wellbeing of our employees and our clients is our primary concern. For internal cleaning we are suggesting to clients that they go for a walk or do some grocery shopping while the cleaner(s) are in your premises, if that is possible. If not, we require that clients confine themselves to one area of the property for the duration of the clean. If you have travelled outside of the Republic of Ireland, please let a member of our sales team know.
The HSE also advises that any individuals who are self-isolating should avoid having visitors to their home or business. Accordingly, we would ask any clients self-isolating to contact us in advance of a planned service in order to re-schedule their appointment to a later date, after the period of self-isolation has ended.
If you wish to temporarily suspend your service for a period of time, please just let us know. We totally support your decision and look forward to seeing you again in the future.
All cleaners at Aboutime have been given specialist training on how to be Covid-19 prepared. This training provides guidance on how to communicate with customers safely, the importance of adhering to social distancing and disinfecting high traffic areas and touch points such as handles, doors, rails, switches etc.
